Need a repair on my slit lamp -- who to call?

Hi my slitlamp has double image. Anybody know who can help me? I am in Surrey BC.

Check a few things...

Are you sure nothing is blocking or in the middle of the objectives...acting like a septum?

Check the mirror. It may be a bit out of place.

If you have a rotating drum or lever to adjust magnification, make sure it is properly in place.

And of course, adjust the PD of the oculars.

Are you using a focusing rod?
