SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for managing and growing business in a set geographic territory, in conjunction with inside sales, as defined by Kaenon. 2+ years experience and general knowledge in the sunglass-optical industry is required. This position will also be responsible for maximizing sales to existing accounts via controlled sell-in, inventory management, controlled sell-through and proper cost efficient sales support efforts (marketing strategies, clinics, demo days) by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute annual sales goals provided by Kaenon.
• Communicate with accounts regularly to ensure proper sell in, inventory levels and sell through.
• Maintain retail relationships and ensure superior customer service.
• Continuously prospect new business.
• Communicate schedule and business updates to the Director of Sales.
• Performs necessary sales support functions (clinics, demo days, marketing promos) as required by the Director of Sales
• Keep current on all new company product offerings and product changes within assigned product lines.
• Assist in providing sales and product training to key retailer personnel.
