help identifying frame

I had a patient come in with a broken frame insisting they bought it with us. I have no idea what it is nor where they bought it. The temples have different model numbers on them (i think they are model numbers). WMZJX0710 and WMF4009 on opposite temple covers. The frame is octagonal in shape. Anyone know the manufacturer based on model info? Any help is appreciated.

A lot of Wal-Mart frames start with a WM, perhaps call local WM Vision centers and check if they have a pt record?
