    Trying to help a patient

Does anyone happen to have available to them some Cartier parts? I have a patient that owns a Orsay semi rimless frame that needs the top and bottom nylon cords. We no longer have an account with Cartier and they are unwilling to help us out unless we open an account...great customer service. Let me know if you can help.

Unhappy Cartier Service is non existent

If you have a lab that does high end quality work their Opticians should be able to improvise that eyewire problem.
Twice in my career I have had an account with Cartier. Both times our relationship ended in disaster over their lack of service and poor quality.
