    How to hardcoat Trivex lenses

I am surfacing a lot more Trivex lenses these days and currently send them away to a coating company to get hardcoated. Is there a product available that would let me hardcoat these lenses in-house to save a great deal of time? I don't have coating equipment, so is there an effective cold dip or tint-tank solution I could use?

The only solution is to buy a coater, a small deeping coater with perimer and hard coat is the best solution or cheaper way is a spinner hard coater.
in Europe the two main reference are SCL (France) and Optimal (UK).

Thank you for your reply, Mauro. I don't have space for a coating machine unfortunately.

I had an ultra optics mini 2 myself and it is great for trivex. One thing i do recommend is that you buy the coating directly from ultra optics. There are third party vendors that sell the coating for half the price but the consistency is not the same.
