    Look into Crystal Practice Management. You can download a working demo. Every practice will have different needs. I see you are particularly interested in Meaningless...err, meaningful use. CPM handles that as well as all the other practice management and EMR things you will need.

    I think blueEHR would fit into that bill perfectly. blueEHR is a very strong, powerful and completely customizable EHR system. And this does not cost much. blueEHR is a limitless EHR system which has also been the biggest contributor to the openEMR world.
