    As far a I know there was nobody at that time (1982-83) that had anything like it.

    The only techinical difference between other dyes and the ones we make is the limit of heat they can take to the point of going bad. Ours will work up to 300 F

    Maybe it time to bring back this old thread to go along with the new one to refresh memories.

    Having had my cataracts removed about 6 years ago, I can certify that I am more comfortable in full sun light with my BlueBlocker sunglasses or whatever else you want to call them than any other sunglasses of which I have dozens of them of all types and colors.

    .................and for hours of continuous work on the computer I have recently found that a light brown of ca. 30% absorption has become the most acceptable and relaxing pair of glasses to wear.

    Above is not a scientific statement, just my own private observation which is totally valid for me as I have tried many different ways.
