I had an optician call me today to ask if I knew of an Eyedoctor's checklist that could be handed off to a patient after an exam. It would include things like AR, Transitions and Polarized. Seems like a good idea. She was going to get something printed up on her own, but I told her I'd check around to see if someone already provides something like that.
