Safilo has the Chesterfield XL line which is good.

Modern Optical also makes the BMEC line. "Big Mens Eyewear Club." These are the best I've seen so far.

Columbia from Lamy has XL suns, nice quality.
Jaguar has a nice selection of 54a and up.
At present we're having a lot of fun with Parasite.
Wiley X has some frames that'll fit big noggins.
Fat Headz is a great line for sunglasses for big guys.
Kaenon makes some larger styles
