I have seen them in Modo, John Varvatos, and Penguin lines.

You may be looking for a frame with a "cylinder bridge." Try to include that term in your query.

I didn't know Jean Reno had an eyewear line. That's fantastic; he's an actor whose work I really admire.
He only used to let Cendrine design small round frames for men but the collection comprises a lot for women now as well. I have the 1344 in all 3 colours for myself.
InHouse Eyewear out of Portland, OR. They have a couple round, and a couple more ovalish. Good luck.
