Exclamation Does sitting for ABO mean a riding a horse to enter US

This is coming from India.I wish to sit for the forthcoming ABO on Nov,17th.
But am denied a visa saying that ABO is only a means to gain entry in the US.
Seems like 9/11 has made US close all doors to foriegners.
Can any one suggest a way to convince the visa officer?

Try bribery first, then threats. If this fails you could tell them you know something about Alkada, they'll bring you over real quick.

Wouldn't really suggest any of the above. But if you could get a U.S. sponsor, or get someone over the idiot beurocrat you are dealing with to suggest it would be of benefit someone (U.S. business relations for instance) to change his mind, it might help.

Lastly, just tell them you want to come over as a tourist and you will be taking the ABO while you are here.
