TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY IN THE ATLANTA AREA: EXPERIENCED OPTICIAN/SALES AND FRONT DESK RECEPTION Sales / Optician as well as Front Desk positions available immediately in our Atlanta optical locations. Most successful candidate for sales position will be one that is very strong in optical sales and has optical knowledge from working in a private practice along with knowledge of optical and medical coding. This position will be responsible for insurance authorizations and claims as well as lens and contact lens ordering. Much room for growth and we promote from within.

Office Assistant will need to have experience answering multi-phone lines, keeping office organized and dealing with customers first hand as well as optical insurance authorizing and submitting claims. They should also have optical experience and knowledge and be a team player. Sales is a plus and must be extremely computer literate.

Must be knowledgeable in the field of optometry, be good in math, have strong organization skills and computer literate -Knowledge in Myvisionexpress or officemate a MUST as well as computer literacy.

If you don't know how to use a computer-this job is not for you. If you are not a problem solver-this job is not for you.

Candidate should have experience and understanding of vision and medical insurances (Eyemed, VSP, Spectera, BCBS and others) submitting for authorizations and claims as well as understanding of field, lenses and contacts.

Strong knowledge of progressive lenses and frame/lens fittings very important. Candidate will need to offer good/strong customer service skills and turn lemons into lemonade when it comes to how you deal with patients/customers.

This is a private optical practice . YOU MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS along with strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. This is a ground floor opportunity in a growing company that offers tremendous growth. Great atmosphere and opportunity.
