Just curious what others have done with patients that spend a lot of money. What is the largest sale you have had with a single patient. Can be multiple orders placed on the same day, but not yearly total.

Our head optician had a $23K sale same pat. same day I think it was for about 20 pr. The pat. has multiple automobiles, multiple boats and multiple residences, had to have specs. to spread around.

I had a smaller one once that was about 2000 on non rx sunglasses. He wanted very specific cases and wanted to see the case for each from. When I asked why he stated his ferrari, lambo, etc etc etc had small glove boxes.

$7,600 12 pairs of glasses. Patient brought in 6 pairs Cartier, Chrome Hearts and some prototype all real wood glasses that I couldn't adjust. 1.67 Trans w/ AR in all of them. When I asked him why he buys so many.....he said he just loses them often.
