Help with Compulink Please

Just not happy with the default Spectacle Rx form that comes with Compulink. Does anyone have a form they would be willing to share? Thanks.

I'm really surprised the manufacturer does not collect other provider's tables and offer them as an alternative.

I found Compulink to be unnecessarily over complicated.

Yeah I've been using Compulink since they first came on the scene and I agree with you, more complicated then it needs to be. Must be owned by a bunch of lawyers.

I've been using Compulink for over a year now and my only conclusion is that the program writers know nothing about the optical business......
