Resently, I was testing remote edging service with an China Lab, but I find some feathering issues along lens edge.
Has anyone use remote edging service in any lab? Any experience could share?

Remote edgeing is very convenient, however shapes and sizes vary, even for the same make and model. You might have a lens remotely edged for a frame and it could be smaller or bigger depending on the pattern the lab originally used. In my experience it is very useful to keep a good Optical Lens Grinder near by for plus or minus tweaks.
I assmue you are talking about having a remote tracer in your office and electronically transmitting to the lab? Works great 95% of the time, but it is true that even with the best tracing sometimes the lenses come out a bit large (I think they are intentionally calibrated to err large, as that is tweakable. Small is not), so you will need hand wheel.
I have been using remote trace for the last 8 years and it works well for me. I'm in a OMD office and sometimes the Rx can be a challenge. Every morning in do the daily calibration and every Monday I will do the extensive calibration of the unit. I do find that if the lens is going to have a edge thickness that a hide-a-bevel is needed (around 5mm) then you really need to send the frame to the lab to put the lenses into. And of course by all means have a hand stone to touch up with. More often then not I need to take the lens down about 1/2 to 1mm. Frankly put, I like my remote trace. Would much rather have a good edger though.
