I just wanted to share another video with the people that have Santinelli Edgers on how to clean your edger wheels. I use to get as a Santinelli rep people asking me this question and complaining about polish issues and bevel issues, this will help.

Its only recommended to clean your edger wheels about every 5000-7000 cuts. Over truing will dull your stones and ultimately cost you a new set of wheels.
