Difference between Ophthalmic dispensing

Can anyone please explain to me the difference between :

1.Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing

3.Ophthalmic Dispensing BSc (Hons)

I know that BSc is the highest then comes the FdSc and then the diploma (Please correct me if I'm wrong)

I'm thinking about taking the Diploma course, what am I going to miss (what do people learn more in FdSc and BSc)?

what do you advise me to do?
