I've a client ,48 years old, monocular pseudo phakick.
Doctor's RX:
OD. +0.25 -1.00 X 65 ADD 2.50
OS. 0.00 -0.50 X90 ADD 1.00

What would you suggest for PAL lenses, keep different ADDS, both 2.50??

No fill as written. If both done at +2.50 the pseudo-phakic eye will focus closer than the aphakic one.

Pals are O.K. if the patient has a good result from surgery and a healthy retina/macular.
