What is this called, and who makes it

So I have a patient who insists that this style of bridge is the only thing he can wear. I've never seen anything like it. His current frames are about ten years old and branded "Takeo kikuchi"

What is this called and does anyone actually manufacture these things?

Search Hilco for the Harmony bridge. That should do the trick.

I have a discontinued Rodenstock oval metal model in different colors with this bridge. If you are interested you can PM me for a price and the sizes and colors.
