HOYA Vision Care, a global leader in the optical industry has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Boise/Spokane Territory.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales objectives and grow sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products and services within an assigned territory.
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with eye care professionals to help them grow their branded product sales and their overall business.
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lab partners to ensure successful customer relations and achievement of sales performance targets.
· On-going communication with the District Sales Manager regarding personal growth, sales results and plans of action.
· Develops and utilizes call schedules and key account business plans to effectively plan territory activities.
· Effectively utilizes analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts.
·Education and Qualifications:
Optical Industry sales experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Demonstrated presentation skills.
Demonstrated client relationship building.
Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time.
An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per Hoya’s policy as driving is an essential job function.
