Our client is a leading software provider for the eye care industry with comprehensive management solutions for surfacing laboratories, finishing laboratories, remote tracing and ordering, interfaces with retail applications, custom designed systems, lab consulting services, and advanced training programs. They are currently seeking a technical support representative to deliver superior customer service and technical support to clients using their software applications throughout North America and Europe.__
Our ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of optics and has a proven track record of success in delivering quality customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced optical environment. Experience working in an optical lab and a strong knowledge of Windows and DOS operating systems, computer networking and software applications is a definite asset.__
