    What Employer Paid Health Care?

While we have a small staff, we are still going through hell trying to get a plan to cover everyone. Doesn't help when I am the only lab person who doesn't smoke..Only been trying for a year now!

Fortunately for me, I get coverage through my spouse and ours went up only slightly. (Federal worker)

I purchase my own, not locked into the two plans my employer offers. We searched the market and found it less expensive when you have a family of 4 to insure. If it was just lil ole me, my employer plan would be the most economical.
