Hoya Vision Care, a multi-national company and a leader in the optical industry has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager in our Seattle office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives and grow sales volume for Hoya Vision care products and services within an assigned territory.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with eye care professionals to help them grow their branded product sales and their overall business.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lab partners to ensure successful customer relations and achievement of sales performance targets.
On-going communication with the District Sales Manager regarding personal growth, sales results and plans of action.
Develops and utilizes call schedules and key account business plans to effectively plan territory activities.
Effectively utilizes analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts.
Trains Customer Service personnel and partner lab representatives on Hoya Vision Care’s premium branded products and promotions.
Education and Qualifications:
Optical Industry sales experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Demonstrated presentation skills.
Demonstrated client relationship building.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per Hoya’s policy as driving is an essential job function.
