Not sure who you use, I use ODG. Decent price, decent service with a nice choice of product.

ODG works great for me
Cool. Thanks. I've got some emails and calls out.
Zeiss stock lenses are great quality and not as expensive as they used to be.
I used to use lenstock.com
There is also 1800optisource.
Or sometimes a lab can help. We have a few accounts that we will supply certain types of stock lenses to, and I know that it how lenstock.com operates. They hook you up with a local lab supplier through their web interface.
What types of issues are you having?

Thanks everyone for the replies. What is happening is that I place my order and sometimes I get it. Sometimes I don't. I have them "research" where my order is, with a promise to call back. They never do. They were fine until Essilor bought them. Now I have problems like this much more frequently. Nobody seems to know where my orders are.
Independent labs sell stock lenses too.
Yup! We can and do!!
I like Labtech and Seiko.
Sounds like Nassau Lens in NJ!
Received an email from them advertising the new poly lenses. Called them to find out exactly what they are and got no answer from a customer service rep. CS rep went to ask CS supervisor and was told that they have no clue and it might be not even their advertisement!
The next day I noticed the same lenses sold by their parent company, so called them up and received the answer: The new Poly AR lenses are much more tintable! You can tint them to 50% shades.... :)
I am so excited! LOL
www.optilenses.com works great for me. Never had a problem.
I use Opti-craft and generally have no problems with them.
There is Vision Warehouse, and direct from Somo and Seiko... All provide excellent lenses and excellent service.
