Request: Bizarre freeform sunglass lens fabrication (9 base curve)

I'll be blunt, I'm not an optician. However, I need to vet a non-symmetrical lens design (with a bifocal element) for sunglasses before investing further into the project. I have the lens geometry all done and fitted for the frames, can anyone point me to a lab that can fabricate the lens? I'm not too sure of the machining necessary for freeform lenses, but I'm assuming a multi-axis CNC would be necessary.
