-Personnel management and compliance.
-Overseeing the financial, billing and collecting functions of the practice.
-Preparation and presentation of forecasts and strategic plans.
-Ophthalmology or optometry experience and optical management is required!
The successful candidate will have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. must have strong planning, budgeting and fiscal management abilities. Requires proven leadership with the ability to organize, coordinate and motivate physicians and staff. Contracting skills needed.
