Tips needed to open a new optical store

1. First of all, make sure that the 3 years of living expenses is hidden in a very safe place. (You DO have 3 years of living expenses saved up...right?"

2. Make sure that you have 2 years of operating expense saved up also.

Other than that, it's difficult to advise, not knowing if you are an OD, or optician, the demographics of the area, your market share potential, your background, etc...

When you say "do everything", are you referring to once the practice is up and running (day to day), or are you referring to actually setting it up?
