OK: I've bought into the concept of Shamir Relax -

Q: Shouldn't an Rx of "Plano Sph" O.U. be given to all who regularly use digital devices, regardless of age?

    Discussion.

Honestly, that is the point. If you buy into the benefits of Relax, then your DV correction (if any) doesn't really matter.

    Does it?

Agreed. I am pre-presbyopic and wore the Anti-Fatigue for a year. I noticed the near vision boost. Eventually abandoned it just because I get more benefit out of my Auto 2 SV than conventional Anti-Fatigue (I know you love the SVFF Barry).

The AF/Relax could have greater benefit for emmetropes who gain no advantage from FF but could use the same accommodation assist. DV Rx is irrelevant, just like a presbyope's add is largely irrespective of DV Rx. Non presbyopes can accommodate, but would they be more relaxed if they didn't have to? I think so. Zeiss/Gunnar banks on the same premise with their CVS solution.
