Lens Case complete with trial lens frame. Case is inscribed with Pennsylvania College of Optometry and and a little worn (we had to take it everywhere as a student!) The occluder lens and vertical slit "accessory" lenses are slightly bent and taped into the holder. All other lenses are in great shape. Full range of plus/minus spheres, plus/minus cylinder.
