We are looking for Licensed Opticians that are energetic, enthusiastic, passionate, motivated and entrepreneurial. If you are looking to turn the boring optical world upside down by delivering a premier fashionable Guest Experience and having fun at the same time, you will ROCK in our world! It's all about being 'Simple, Fun, & In-Style'. That's right, you get to bring your own personal fashion style to the table, mix it in the all the latest fashion trends right now, and give your Guest a 'fashion eyewear make-over'.

Other major duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

*Building brand awareness by engaging and attracting new Guests into the Optical dept.
*Booking Eye Exams
*General Knowledge of most Vision Insurance plans
*Assisting Guests with the selection of their eyewear.
*Ability to inform, educate, and explain about various lens types and features to Guests.
*Final Inspection of finished eyewear.

*Ensuring all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing programs & promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.

Some evenings and weekends would be required. The ability to flex between more than one store location depending on business needs would also be required.

I have over a dozen years experience in optical retail, lab and management. I "retired" from the optical world in 1998 to pursue another business interest with my husband, but I've kept my license current and I'm ready to return to optical.
