Is there any tinting machine available in market, which will scan the color and after mix the desired color by itself. I heard that one of the Chinese companies is the manufacturer of this computerized machine.

Is there any tinting machine available in market, which will scan the color and after mix the desired color by itself. I heard that one of the Chinese companies is the manufacturer of this computerized machine.

That could only work if this machine mixes the 3 main colors red / blue / yellow, from pre-made liquid solutions like you could do it by hand if you have the know how.
Every time you get another blue, red or yellow you are up the creek as it does not work anymore and you would have to reprogram that machine, as the colors would come out different.

Dye suppliers do change their suppliers or get other shades and everything has to be redone. As lens manufacturer you probably tint a good load of lenses and are better off to find a good quality supplier for bulk dyes that has a good quality control of every batch they produce.
