In a Dow Jones Newswire report this week it was announced that Essilor/Johnson&Johnson had joined in forming a new entity called VisionWeb. Does anyone have any information where they will position the new company in either distribution of product or what
services they may offer?

Interesting choice of name "vision Web".
Do you think that they will be making an effort to sell more "Online" than the standard way now, eg phone, fax. Or maybe its all going to be online ordering save a bob or too for someone me thinks.

The "official" position is that visionweb is an indpendent company developing a b2b site. J&J and EOA are simply funding with others invited to do likewise.
