    Stock Safety Lenses?

Does anyone make stock (finished) Poly lenses with minimum 2.0 thickness? Please let me know if you know anyone or can provide it yourself. Thanks.

They only have 70 mm blank size. I need at least 75 mm.

Send it out. Make sure the lenses come back to you properly marked/engraved for whatever standard they are.

I don't need to send it out as I already have the capability to do it in house. I am just looking at to see if anyone has stock lenses so I can save time as I process 100 to 400 safety jobs per day.

You might also want to check with X-cel, they may have them.

I just looked and they do have them http://www.x-celoptical.com/PDF%20files/avail_poly.pdf

VisionEase did release the 2.0 Safety Continua. The Plus lenses are 70mm and Minus are 75mm. The Gentex Plus lenses are 67mm and Minus are 72mm. Sola also makes them in a 73mm. We have access to all 3 vendors. If we can be of assistance, let me know.

I already checked with pretty much everyone (Shamir, Essilor, Gentex, Zeiss, Hoya, Nassau, X-Cell, and Younger). They don't have it. I probably need someone who can manufacture it for me.
Poly, 80mm blank, 6-7-8 base curves, and 2.0mm thickness.

Thanks for the offer but I have access to all of them as well. I should have let you guys know earlier but I already know no one in the States, Europe, and China has it. I was hoping someone might know a manufacturer outside the country.

6,7 and 8 base finished stock in poly with a 2.0 centers and an 80 blank?? 6 base maybe but 7 and 8 are really not suited for many minus Rx scenarios, mostly plus. That is probably why not many make them because they wouldn't be able to sell many. ??
