Unfair Frame Return Policies

O.K. all this sage advise beggs the question: What companies if any offer new frames at a flat out you own them price with no return option?
Note: Close out's do not count.

We have the same problems, so Reps calling or visiting, but we have a good understanding that as long as the frames are still available, they will honor the Manufactors Warrenties (usually 1yrs). Specially Safilo, and there Dior's line of frame, we constantly breaking the temples, but we return for full refund and replacement

I have had reps dump frames with style, they send the 16 we ordered, but the rep padded the order with B/O frames so they didn't arrive in the same shipment. 4 extra frames came in the next few weeks that were not on the order list hoping we wouldnt care or notice.

Unfortunaltely we have to watch everything like a hawk.reps are very quick to oversell us, slow to accept exchanges. I am a +1 on the "buy it and keep it "philosophy now. I will buy more frames when I sell the ones I already own.

I never really had to replace frames frome Kenmark that were older than 6 months. They have that warranty, but never really used it. Infact I can count on my hand how many returns I have done and they have seemed to be p/c of the pt. What I do like of them is if I have a person that is on vaction and comes into my store w/ a broken frame of thiers I can order it and they replace it free. Thier frames don't really cost more than others. Why you hating?
