Just a note to say that I've put a review of OptiBoard in my latest newsletter. It might get a few more members for the board. I've included the URL with this post but the newsletter, Wavelength, is also listed on the NFOS site (courtesy of Ed DeGennaro some time back).

I'd be interested in anyone's thoughts on the newsletter (or ideas for articles). It was originally intended for my students; a bit of light hearted optical trivia with the odd technical article. It now has a slightly wider audience in its print form, and of course anyone who stumbles on to it on the net.

Interesting newsletter! I liked the history stuff - didn't realize specs had been around that long. The "Abbe Cult" was an informative technical article. Good work!
