Can I get a little help with an Eclipse blocker?

Using an Eclipse surface blocker w/ freebond. Blocks good on lighter lenses such as 5 or 6 base but drops heavy lenses such as 50, 2, some 4 base, high index, progressives etc. Have constant clean air pressure at machine. Your thoughts are appreciated.
