New optical, start-up checklist?!

Hello fellow OptiBoarders,

I am going into my 2nd venture helping an Ophthalmologist open an Optical from the ground up.
1st one went fairly smoothly, but of course some things you forget and only remember when you desperately NEED them ASAP!

I was wondering if anyone has an existing checklist for hand tools, screws, nose pads....ect.
It will be a dispensing optical with NO LAB. But still need things like ultra sonic, lensometer and the like....

Everyone has difference preferences. Who's the optician going to be working there? I'd ask that person for a "must have" list, as they're the one who will be using the stuff.

Hire a good optician with experience. They will not only know what you need but will also have a following.
