Silhouette online access? (BrainShark)?

Hello!

Well my Silhouette rep was in here a while back and signed us up for the website that has videos & tutorials and a bunch of stuff i thought i'd never need. Well I need it. LOL. I can't get a hold of my rep and I'm in a bit of a hurry. Does anyone know what the web address is? I THINK it had something to do with "BrainShark" but I am not 100% positive. It's not the b2b site or the silhouette.com.

On a side note, I am trying to assemble an ball hinge on the Titan NG (the original). I ordered her "ball hinges" but they are not what was on the frame, thought silhouette says that was the only one available for that model number. The frame currently has the flat-disc hinge similar to the new Titan NG III. Any idea how to assemble this?! Thanks Opti peeps!
