Job Summary:

The candidate must be responsible for the communication development and of execution of products and technical process of anti-reflective coating. Ability to develop and account plan and continuing growth of established accounts. The candidate must possess a dynamic personality and work closely with all levels of customers to understand their business goals and objectives and solve problems using products and services. Direct sales activities through detail rep accounts, coordination with existing accounts and follows up of sales leads generated by customer service. Provide technical and analytical leadership in communicating customer needs to our lab, customer service and back to the account. Able to deliver business value to our accounts, build and develop strong relationships with customers through educating and partnering.
