All in one generic vertex wrap and tilt measuring device

Has anyone found a generic device that will measure all three added digital progressive lens measurements such as vertex distance, wrap form, and panascoptic tilt?

I know that Shamir has a hand held device that will take theses measurements but I can not find anything like it from Hilco or the like.

If anyone knows of a company that is making such a device please let me know.

I have the hand held device from Zeiss. I also found one here: http://www.csclabs.com/measuring-tips.html , but I don't know if you can purchase the ruler if you don't use their lab, but it's worth a phone call!

Have you concidered a distometer, and a protractor ?
