source for eyeglass cases

where do you buy your cases? I am looking for a new vendor. I'm looking for clamshell/hard cases for less then $1/each.

We get a really nice fully embossed case with inside imprint for .99 through one of our frame reps.
They are much nicer than anything from CA.
You can mix and match colors and sizes by 100 count.

I would go as close as possible to your location to save on shipping. I bought some case from LBI where they charged me 12 cents a case on shipping!
