I like the picture of a bunch of lenses in a trash can. Shows you care when you take the time to arrange it just so!
Ah, hahahahaha!!! I bet it all smells just a little bit. I would like the cat-eye frames in pic #4, though.
The first pic looks like it was set up for a garage sale, like it's in someone's driveway. I wonder what the garage sale lookey-loos thought of all those uncut lenses??
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
Does the price include shipping??
Where's Johns??? I figured he would have had this gobbled up by now.
A lack of planning on your part DOES NOT constitute an emergency on mine!
Actually I can remember loose uncut glass lenses being in 40 gal. drums when I worked at Modern Optics. These were seconds (I think this means rejects) which we sold in this form to Dal-Tex.

I had a friend years ago who made windchimes from old glass lenses. Perhaps there's a "crafty" person out there who could try this.
I worked with a girl who made all her Christmas presents out of old lens blanks. Made some patterns and edged them into x-mas shapes. Drilled a whole, put some wire through, and gave them away as tree ornaments.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
One year I was cleaning out a bunch of junk at an office and found about 200 safilo patterns that would never be used, so I made them into a necklace for my then one year old. She played with it for about a week. At the time that was average longevity for most toys.
Hey now...........some of those metal frames may be "gold filled". Remember those days? Annnnd the price of gold today......makes one think how much is this lot really worth?
Hey now I said nothing at all of becoming rich....just tossed out the question as to how much is it really worth? The gold alone may only net you $30. If you look at it on Ebay it has only had a bid of $1.25
It's back!!!!!!

Is it just me, or is this a little vague??
