I have a nearly new (just out of warranty) Humphrey 720i visual field analyzer that keeps giving us a "Patient Button Error" - basically the hand-button that the patient uses doesn't work. I've gotten 2 new ones in 2 weeks at $175 each, but no help. It costs $1100.00 to get the Zeiss rep in the office.

Anyone ever seen this before? What did it take to fix it?
