Does anyone have experience with a live, US based call center to handle calls when the office is closed, the phones are all busy etc? Note, I am NOT looking for a answering service for emergeny patients, more a way of flexibly adding capacity to our phone staff as needed.

His name is Robert Porter and a few of my cousins also work there for him. My Aunt and uncle started it 36 years ago and my mother used to work for them.
