Stones fall out of the Leiber frames and the company is not easy to deal with. It starts at the top and has not changed in years!

We carry Leiber and Betsy where I am. The rep has been good about replacing stones on the Leiber and the patients love both lines. That said, stones do fall out on the plastic frames. No trouble with the metal.
