Blue Jumper How to begin a business plan for my ofifice??

I just purchased a new edger and am sooo excited!! This is the first week Ive used it an I love love love that I can cut lots of work.
I need a business plan that proves that the work I am cutting is saving my office money. But have no idea how or where to begin. I am desperate for advice. Can anyone help?

Are you serious? Yes you can save money per job by edging yourself but is it cheaper in the long run to order all your jobs from a quality lab that offers an extended warranty and second pair discounts ? I think the answer is obvious.

I don't know, I saved a lot of money doing my own edging.

All you really need to do is some basic forecasting. You will need a few things:
    - Cost of the jobs when done by the lab
    - Costs per job now
    - Figure out how many jobs you do in a year
    - Multiple each figure by the jobs per year
    - Add in additional costs. Things like if spoilage that you are now responsible, costs of time running the machine, and costs of shipping when dealing with the lab.

Two weeks ago you posted about how you just bought this edger, and didn't have a clue how to work it. No responses to the replies to that thread, and now you want a business plan? Buy it, don't know how to work it, don't really have a clue as to how much, if anything it will save me. All kinda funny in my opinion.

Typically business plans are formulated before purchases are made, something called a cost to benefit analysis or a ROI analysis. Business is about planning.

Do you PLAN to have FSV stock, to service SV pat's.?
