    Sorry, I'm guessing you mean the Manual of Contac Lens Prescribing and Fitting by Milton Hom and Adrian Bruce. Got it and the CD. Great resource.

    I have that book. Excellent. Another is Contact Lens Practice by Nathan Ephron (Efron?) Better, but a lot more $$
