    Confused C-File Optical software

    I am a new store owner and need feedback on the c-file software. Are they still in business? I have tried contacting them through e-mail and by phone but not getting any response. Any ideas out there please. Also if there is any other software that is good out there. This is for Canada

    Had C-file in our retail office. No support/ Lots of limitations on program/ cheap program /lost money.
