Confused Water-tight seal on Shark water goggles.

One of our accounts is asking for a water-tight liner or seal inside the eyewire of Shark swim goggles they order. Anything we try won't stay in. They say other labs can provide this. I say if the lens is sized properly and the strap is adjusted on the head properly, there is NO problem with the seal. MY hunch is they are being fed a bunch of baloney and being charged from the other lab for a seal that is not there. I need a good lab tech to weigh in on this.?????

With the Correct Bevel it does not need any additional seal to be water tight.
Is that what you where trying to clarify?

If a swim goggle has no proper seal it is not a swim goggle.

Check out some swimm goggle sites as the one from clubswim.com at http://www.swimoutlet.com/ or the Canadaia http://aquagoggles.com

In some (rare) cases, the seal can get damaged while inserting the lens. Use a little bit of clear silicone sealer and the problem is solved.
