What is your office protocol regarding adult patient postcard recalls? Do you combine husband and wife on one postcard (to save on postage and stationary) or is that considered a breach of privacy?
What is your office protocol regarding adult patient postcard recalls? Do you combine husband and wife on one postcard (to save on postage and stationary) or is that considered a breach of privacy?
You have to ask them and have them sign off on it. Do you do electronic recalls or prepare them? If you prepare them, have the patient fill it out at their appointment and send it out the next year/whenever...
